Study Objectives

Upon completion of this program, you will:

  • Acquire specialized knowledge and practical skills essential for careers in crime prevention and law enforcement
  • Develop a deep understanding of crime measurement methodologies, investigative techniques, and forensic research
  • Enhance your critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues within the field of criminology and social pathology
  • Master various forensic techniques and methods used in crime detection and perpetrator identification
  • Cultivate strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Prepare for careers in law enforcement agencies such as the police, border guard, customs service, military police, or special services, as well as in the prison service
  • Gain expertise in the justice system as a court expert, probation officer, mediator, or forensic laboratory specialist
  • Contribute to public safety and order by working in government agencies or non-governmental organizations focused on crime prevention and social pathology
  • Pursue careers in private security or investigative journalism
